REFUND POLICY

Cancellations 30 days or more prior to start of the program: full refund or free transfer to another program.

Cancellations between 7 and 30 days prior to the start of the program, refund or transfer with a $1000.00 penalty.

Within 7 days or fewer of the start of program, no transfers or refunds.

To be eligible for a refund due to dissatisfaction of the program, you must:

    1. Attend all days and sessions.

    2. Inform staff of dissatisfaction by emailing support@toddvdating.com during the program so that we have a chance to correct any issues.

    3. Ask for the refund prior to the end of the program.
